WHAT SORT OF SECURITY IS PROVIDED?
We have a manager on-site during operating hours.
When we are closed, there are alarms, security fencing and patrols. CCTV is in 24 hour operation.
WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT TERMS?
We require payment monthly in advance (on time).
ARE THERE LATE PAYMENT FEES?
Yes. Fees 5 days overdue may be charged a $10 fee, per day overdue.
WHAT IS THE MINIMUM STORAGE PERIOD?
1 Month for vehicles, 3 Months for larger storage arrangements.
